General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 - Seller Information

This website is managed by Associazione Eventi e Comunicazione APS, with registered office at Via Scarpettella 7 in Terni, Tax Code 91076550556, PEC ass.eventicomunicazione@pec.it.

2 - Contract Conclusion

The order sent by the Customer constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is deemed concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation by e-mail to the address provided by the Customer.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

4 - Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send notice to sanvalentinoterni@gmail.com. Return costs are borne by the Customer.

5 - Legal Warranty

All products sold benefit from the 24-month legal warranty of conformity for private consumers, as provided by current regulations.

6 - Competent Court and ODR

For any dispute, the court of the consumer's residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction. You can access the European ODR platform for out-of-court dispute resolution at the link ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
