📦 Order Management and Tracking

**How can I track my order?**

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment in real time. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Personal Area.

**Can I change or cancel an order?**

We prepare packages very quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sanvalentinoterni@gmail.com within 1 hour of payment. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the goods are shipped.

🔄 Returns and Refund Policy

Change your mind about your purchase? No problem! Pursuant to the Consumer Code, you have up to **14 days** from the date of receipt of your package to request a return, without having to provide any reason.

📋 Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must meet the following requirements:

* Be completely intact and unused.

* Be returned in their original packaging, complete with all labels, accessories, or manuals received.

* Not be personalized or sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

🛠️ How to Start the Return Process (Step by Step)

1. **Submit the Request**: Send an email to sanvalentinoterni@gmail.com indicating your Order Number and the items you wish to return.

2. **Prepare the Package**: Place the products in the original box (or an equally sturdy box) and seal it securely.

3. **Ship**:

** Send the package via your preferred courier to: sandro cappannella - Via Scarpettella 7 - 05100 Terni - Italy. We recommend using a trackable service.

💰 Refund times and methods

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the products. If the return is approved, we will issue the refund within **5-7 business days**.

The refund will be automatically credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The actual time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.
