📦 Order Management and Tracking

**How can I track my order?**

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link to follow the shipment in real time. You can also check the order status by logging into your Personal Area.

**Can I change or cancel an order?**

We prepare parcels very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at sanvalentinoterni@gmail.com within 1 hour of payment. We’ll do our best to help before the goods are shipped.

🔄 Returns and Refunds Policy

Changed your mind about your purchase? No problem! Under the Consumer Code, you have up to **14 days** from the date you receive the parcel to request a return, without having to provide any explanation.

📋 Conditions for making a return

To be accepted, returned products must meet the following requirements:

* Be completely intact and never used.

* Be sent back in their original packaging, complete with all labels, accessories or manuals received.

* Not be customized products or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

🛠️ How to start the return process (Step by step)

1. **Send the request**: Write an email to sanvalentinoterni@gmail.com stating your Order Number and the items you wish to return.

2. **Prepare the parcel**: Place the products in the original box (or an equally sturdy box) and seal it carefully.

3. **Ship**:

** Ship the parcel with the courier you prefer to the address: sandro cappannella - Via Scarpettella 7 - 05100 Terni - Italy. We recommend using a trackable service.

💰 Refund timing and method

Once the parcel is received at our warehouse, our team will check the integrity of the products. If the return is approved, we will issue the refund within **5–7 business days**.

The refund will be credited automatically to the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit card, PayPal, etc.). The actual time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.
