General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 - Seller Information

This website is operated by the Associazione Eventi e Comunicazione APS, with registered office at Via Scarpettella 7, Terni, Tax Code 91076550556, certified email address ass.eventicomunicazione@pec.it.

2 - Conclusion of the Contract

The Customer's submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is deemed concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation via email to the address provided by the Customer.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

4 - Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to sanvalentinoterni@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

5 - Legal Guarantee

All products sold benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for private consumers, as required by applicable law.

6 - Jurisdiction and ODR

For any disputes, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction. The European ODR platform for out-of-court dispute resolution can be accessed at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
